Products and services

Our solutions comprise hardware, processes and software (including process simulation) tools. They can be tailored to your unique requirements for use in a wide range of applications. In particular, they support production on metal, polymer and glass (standard and oversize) substrates, and can be in single substrate, batch, in-line or roll-to-roll operations.

We supply systems to customers worldwide and support them with comprehensive after-sales service. Our current range includes:

• KCN etching
• Cleaning of CIG/CIGS after absorber formation
• Wet chemical CdS or ZnS coating systems
• Recycling system CdS (Less than 1 liter per m2)
• Auto-dosing system
• Safety and control systems for KCN, CdS process areas.
• DI water recycling
• Turn-key buffer layer production plant

These advanced and fully-automated systems offer numerous benefits for cost-effective, high-volume manufacturing:

The systems feature an integrated, automatic dosing and mixing unit, and integrated drying. This allows for dry-in / dry-out production, with even, spot-free drying.
