We are a division of MOT Mikro- und Oberflächentechnik GmbH, located in Saarbrücken, Germany. This background allows us to draw on MOT’s extensive know-how in the development and supply of wet chemical equipment and processes. MOT has more than 25 years experience in the semiconductor and micro systems technology (MST) industries. It designs and supplies wet chemical and wet etching equipment, processes and software for industrial manufacturing. By applying this expertise we can offer market-leading solutions for large-scale batch and roll-to-roll thin film solar production.
